Wasabi steak

Wasabi steak
Ingredients

≪1 serving≫
1 beef steak
Salt and pepper to taste

<Wasabi sauce>
1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Oil for frying
5g wasabi paste

Directions

1. Add salt and pepper to the beef. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the beef on both sides and remove from the pan.
2. Add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce to the pan, bring to the boil briefly, then turn off the heat.
3.Add wasabi and stir, then pour the mixture onto the beef to finish.
