Wasabi Miso pork bowl
Ingredients

≪1-2 servings≫
150g thinly sliced pork
1 tablespoon cooking alcohol
Salt and pepper to taste
Katakuriko potato starch or corn starch for coating meat
Oil for cooking
300g boiled rice
4 tablespoons Wasabi Miso
10cm portion of leek sliced lengthways into fine strips
Daikon radish sprouts to garnish

Directions

1. Add the sake, salt & pepper to the pork, kneading lightly.
2. Lightly dust the pork slices with the potato or corn starch and fry in oil at 180°C.
3. Dish out the rice into a container and place 2. on top of the rice. Just before eating, pour on Wasabi Miso and garnish with fine strips of leek and white radish sprouts to finish.
